Respected Sir,

subject: investigation in GTB fraud by Mr. J M Chaudhary in Economic Offence Wing.

I had called for simple affidiavit from the management of Oriental Bank of Commerce vide my email dated 20th August 2005 as per the annexure asking them to confirm or deny the statements. They have evaded to give an affidavit meaning that that they deliberately do not want to make any statement which binds them and exposes them criminally. The text of the email sent to them on 20th August 2005 is being annexed herewith,

I most humbly request that the crime department sends the above referred contents as email directly to the CMD of Oriental Bank of Commerce , requesting them to send reply email to the crime department as well as the Gujarat High Court simultaneously while marking a copy to the undersigned. Your timely email to them would be of great value in exposing the bankers as they use silence to cover up their acts.

PLEASE NOTIFY THE REPLY OF OBC SO THAT I CAN GIVE MY OBSERVATIONS.

In case they avoid to send timely affidavit , it can be safely concluded that they are guilty. In case they send a reply , the same can be verified for the truth in the matter based on their reply.

When the crime department asks for the details , they may not be able to evade by remaining silent and you would be able to get vital clue against the bank management that they are in collusion with the management of Core Health care as they are not sharing the details which goes against Core Health care and its management.


I am also enclosing news report that appeared in Business standard on internet today on 30 th august 2005 as regards criminal case on core health care its directors and the bankers covering provisions under Prevention of cooruption act.

AS Oriental Bank of Commerce is maintaining silent by not answering my queries, it means that management of Oriental Bank of Commerce has colluded with the management of Core Health care and information furnished by me can be used against Oriental Bank of Commerce subjecting the OBC management to thorough investigation in police custody or before the court.

I would very much appreciate the progress made in the reply given by me -referring various criminal sections to you.

KINDLY FURNISH INFORMATION AS TO WHERER THE MATTER STANDS TODAY.
